Candidate qualifications
We note each candidate's languages, education and certificates on their profile. Handy if, say, you need an English-speaking nanny for an expat family.
Some candidates speak English or Mandarin. We note their level on the profile.
We record certificates such as baby care or first aid, and mark the ones we've checked against the original.
Each profile shows the candidate's highest level of education. Some have a diploma (D3) or bachelor's degree (S1).
Before we recommend anyone, we interview them and check their identity documents.

No. The employment agreement is made directly between you and the worker, and it covers salary, working hours and days off. Our role is to recruit, screen and place workers, then help with monitoring, mediation, evaluation and replacement under our service terms.
All of Indonesia. Candidates from different regions can travel to the city where you live. Placement fees and how long the process takes can vary by location, and we explain both during the consultation. Some cities have their own page under service areas.
We interview every applicant, check their identity documents, and run a screening suited to the role (for drivers, for example, we also check their driver's license and driving experience). The results determine the candidate's Grade, and for certain roles we can ask for a health certificate or a police clearance certificate (SKCK).
After that, you still interview the candidate yourself, in person or by video call.
A Grade is the skill level we've verified for a candidate, rising from Silver to Gold to Platinum. A higher Grade usually means more experience or extra skills, such as basic foreign language ability at Platinum. The Grade also affects the placement fee.
