Guests start judging an event the moment they step out of the car. Is anyone there to welcome them? Is the registration desk easy to find? Do they know where to sit? A sharp team of ushers takes care of all that, so guests don't have to wander around asking.

On the day

How many ushers do you need?

It depends on the number of entrances and registration desks, whether guests have assigned tables, and whether any VIPs need a dedicated escort. Send us the rundown and the floor plan, and we'll help you work out the numbers.

Briefings that help

Ushers do their best work when they know the order of the program, the names of key guests, where the restrooms and prayer room (musala) are, and who to call when something goes wrong. Give them a clear dress code and call time as well. For multi-day events, a short briefing every morning works better than one long session on day one. If the rundown changes at the last minute, tell the usher coordinator first so every usher gets the same information.

When should we book ushers?
As soon as your date and venue are confirmed. The calendar fills up toward the end of the year and during wedding season, so earlier is safer.
