Office drivers rarely just drive. A good one knows what time the director needs to be at the airport, where the tender documents have to be delivered before three o'clock, and how to behave with an important guest in the back seat. So when we look for a company driver, we weigh discipline and professional manner as heavily as driving skill.

Three roles we're asked for most

Executive drivers take directors or managers to meetings, the airport and events. The job calls for punctuality, a neat appearance and complete discretion about conversations in the car. Operational drivers spend more time moving documents, goods or staff between locations, often on a route that changes every day. Pool drivers serve several departments in turn, based on a vehicle booking schedule, so they need to be easygoing with lots of different people.

What we need from you

So that the candidates we put forward are a good fit, have these details ready: the number of drivers, office location, vehicle type, working hours including likely overtime, and any special requirements such as a SIM B1 (the license for larger vehicles) or experience driving executive cars. If your company has a dress code or a no-smoking rule in its vehicles, mention that too.

Employment relationship

The employment agreement is made directly between your company and the driver. Our role is to recruit, screen and place candidates, then support both sides after placement. Salary and benefits are set in the agreement between the company and the worker.

Questions from HR teams

Can we hire several drivers at once?
Yes. Send the headcount and start dates through the partnership form so we can estimate how long it will take to prepare candidates.

Can drivers be tested first?
Yes, and we recommend it. An interview plus a short test drive on the routes your office actually uses will tell you a lot.
