What we do

We help with everything from recruitment, screening, training and placement to support after the worker starts. For families, we place housekeepers (ART, Asisten Rumah Tangga), baby sitters, nannies, personal drivers, gardeners and non-medical elderly caregivers. For companies, we provide office drivers, office boys, sales promoters (SPG/SPB), ushers, receptionists and hourly nannies for events.

Our role in the working relationship

The employment relationship is directly between the client and the worker, and is set out in an employment agreement between the two of them. AgenPembantu.com is a service provider. We help with recruitment, screening, placement, monitoring, mediation, evaluation and replacement under our service terms.

Our principles

• Transparent. We explain the fees and the process openly before you decide.
• Selective. Candidates go through an interview, an identity document check and a screening test for their role.
• Fair to both sides. Salaries are agreed directly, workers keep their original documents, and rights and obligations are put in writing.
• Supportive. After placement, we're still available for check-ins and mediation.

Where we work

Our office is in Jakarta, and we send workers anywhere in Indonesia. Fees and timelines can vary by location, and we explain them during the consultation.
